Do you think that sometimes they will favor the wrong team like SW MIzzou st. to increase action on that team just because they know that people who dont know much about these mid major teams will take the favorite because they assume that to be the better team...thats what i thought about creighton yesterday and now denver today...the dog is the better team and i think vegas tries to bait people into taking the favorite

Yep they do.

They play all kinds of complicated games with lines to throw us off.

But if you can recognize they are doing it, then you can win.

i dont think theres any way that denver is the better team. lafayette has some big time players. theyve been inconsistent but when they bring it, thats a good team. jmo. lines certainly play a psychological role with bettors handicapping for sure. but i think lafayette is the better team and by more than just a point.

I'm only playing Denver tonight because this team can really hit the 3's. Thats one of the reason u.l. beats them on the boards is because the point guard is so good at setting up the other 2 outside players. Believe me if u.l. would'nt have lost their best player to marijuana charges and in jail about 60 miles from my house we would'nt be having to decide who the better team is. Mike will be back the next two seasons and then on to the nba where somebody will give him a chance because everybody smokes pot in the nba, and everybody wants a seven foot shot blocker. But tonight i think Denver and the fresher legs and better free throw shooting team will get it done.
