Can someone please let me know what books still take US Customers? And which of the sponsors no longer do? For example, does VIP.com no longer take US Customers for sports?
Also, I'm interested in knowing any books that may have a good bonus for the NFL playoffs, or one that is reliable and will pay out with little hassle.
