question about utep/smu

anybody know why there has been a 3 point line move this mourning?

SMU QB got suspended for the game today....I was on SMU, but not anymore. The kid had great numbers which will be hard to replace in this one......SMU could still cover, but not taking the risk. UTEP has been really bad ATS though so far, so I don't think they are such a good play either.....
