I'm going to chicago this summer to watch my first game at wrigley field ......

Last summer I went to Boston to see my first game at Fenway.

My question is this. I just bought tickets in section 220 row 12 or so for Wrigley for a game vs. the d-backs in July.

I can see the seats looking at seat data. com

Can someone who has 1st hand knowledge of this area give me an opinion on these seats.

Thanks.

You will be tucked up out of the sun which isnt always a good thing unless it rains. It really depends on what you want to do there. If you want to chart the game and such and have a pretzel, you should get through it, if you're like me when I go to Wrigley then you'll want to trade those bad boys to a scalper and try to get some a bit closer or, even better, the bleachers. Best time at a ballpark you'll ever have. Make sure you get a fresh brat form Murphy's Bleachers before you go in, afterwards an ice cold beverage at the Cubby.
Cheers

For your first Wrigley experience you have to sit in the bleachers one word "AWESOME", also get a "shut up and drink your beer shirt"!

Nothing wrong with the tickets you have considering that virtually every game is sold out. Bleachers are definetly a great place to party and watch the game but do not come cheap. You'll be happy with your seats and the whole Wrgley experience. Get there early and spend some time at the local establishments, namely Cubby Bear, Murphys or just about any place near the park.
