ex. 1000.00 wager w/ e check
game is lost
wager in nsf at bank

Do they send it to collections?

they will turn it over to chexsystems based in New mexico. basically like a collection agency. You will not be able to open any bank accounts, or write any checks. They will call you, harass you, call your work, etc to try and get you to pay. Yes, they will pursue it, and wont let it just die.
