While recently out in Vegas I placed 2 sports wagers at Ballys. These two events did not finsh by the time I had to leave for the airport. Both wagers hit and I sent them in (certified mail) and followed all the directions on the back of the ticket. It's been almost 3 weeks since I recived the notice that they recived the certified letter form me . I am still waiting on my payout. Has anyone else ever did this and if so how long did it take to get your payout. Thanks Ron

Boiler, I have never done this, but my guess is that it will be taken care of, Las Vegas is the safest place to play and they want you to come back, again and again!

I did that a few years back at the Stardust. If I remember right, it took about a month, but no problem getting paid. Hang in there. The check should be there soon.

boilermaker,

i have done this few times & got my money within 2 weeks(mirage, mgm, & flamingo). my advice is to call the accounting dep't. to make sure that they received the tickets & ask them when are you going to get your money. hopefully you made copies.

good luck

AR, yes I did make copies. I know they have recieved the letter because I got my copy of the certified letter back signed by the Bally's employee who recived it from the posal carrier. Gonna give them about another week and then will contact them.

I've been paid like that from the Stardust, Stratosphere, Venetian and Bellagio. The Strat's check was back within like 4 days. The rest took a few weeks.
