I'd like to know. I bet dogs in baseball probably 80% of the time and had my worst baseball season. Lost many of the big dogs in the 8th or 9th inning last year.

Anthony......You've sparked my curiosity. I've been seaching all over net for a while now and can't find one site that actually has the overall numbers for what you want here.

Even if the season was way out of the ordinary for the dog-fav numbers, there's no possible way you would be in the black. There's just so many games and even if you're playing into an 8 cent or dime line, you would be deep in the red no matter what you were playing whether it be the dog or the fav. More than likely you would have less losses with the dogs due to the overall public but one problem is that most books go to a higher vig after -149 or -150 and then you would really start to see the $ losses pile up. The 30, 40 cent or higher lines just don't work well, epecially if say you're not flat betting on the favorites which I never do.

If anyone does find the numbers, I'd appreciate the info as well. Especially on the numbers up to +149 on the dogs.

Anthony I am building a DB just for that purpose. Will update last yr 1st and go back from there.

My own philosophy from last year...

Do not bet more than -145 on any fav.

My results... played lots of dogs.
