quick question about posting pictures

I have a email that I received with some pictures that I would like to post...

How do I do this? i know how to post an image from a website.. but these pictures are saved to my computer...

any help would be appreciated...if i can post these they will be in the mojo forum very soon:SIB

Use a free image hosting site such as http://photobucket.com/. Simply upload the pics and they'll give you a URL which you can use for posting on message boards.
