quick response to nolan's peyton story

A number of years ago I tried playing a similar angle as I was out at 3rd Edition with Dan Marjele and a couple other teammates. Nolan, don't know if you've even been to 3rds in Georgetown, but anyway, Marjele falls down the stairs from the upstairs to the Tiki bar. A couple of the teammates leave and only Marjele and Jones, both of whom are so smashed that they cant figure out how to get back to their rooms. Anyway, to keep the story short, after helping them back to the hotel I play against them the next afternoon and get my ass handed to me as Marjele puts in 14pts and grabs 10 boards and makes a few key baskets in a decisive win.

I think Nolan had a good case with Seattle vs Memphis. Peyton scored as Nolan pointed out in more ways than one. So the NBA guys just walk into their hotel and pick out some groupies to take back to room...wish i were taller.

Not sure if Peyton was affected by his girlfriend in the stands but we will take the win. Props to Nolan...Keep your eyes and ears open Nolan...even on planes.
