Since there was already a conversation about Comcast vs DTV I should mention that I work for Qwest.
We came out with some new plans so if you have our service you should call in and see if we can lower your bill. Legally we cannot put you on the new plan even if its better for you without calling in and there are a lot of people on these old plans paying way too much.
New package (Qwest Choice) = $25.99 (about $36 after tax)
-1 Phone Line
-Linebacker (inside wire protection)
-3 Features usually call waiting, caller id (with sec screen) and voice mail but there are others you can choose from
-nationwide ld 5 cents per minute for the first 400 minutes....free the rest of the month
Some people are paying well over $50 for this right now. If you are call in and get this switched.
