LARGE$$$
Line opened w/the Force as a 1 point favorite. I just bet Hawaii -1.5 so get down early as I think the final price will fall around 3 or 4. Like Hawaii to win by DD's anyway & the main reason is REBOUNDING!!! The Falcons were out-rebound by an average of 6 boards per game on the road while the Bows out-rebounded their opponents @ home by an average of just over 11 boards per game. Huge edge on the glass for the Rainbow Warriors. Always like the homecourt advantage Hawaii enjoys(long trip, time change for opponents) and although they are just 13-6SU on the Big Island this year, they are 5-0ATS versus the Mountain West Conference in the last 4 years. Air Force has not faired well away form home(4-13 away losing by an average of 10 points) & they are just about as far away from home as one can get. The Falcons also have trouble scoring points on the road with a 61ppg average on the season. Even worse, or better for the Warriors sake, the Fly Boys will have to replace their leading scorer Michael Lyons and his 16 points per game. Hurt his knee last time out & will not play tonight. This is another huge edge for Hawaii who are a little suspect on the defensive end but can score with the best of them(74ppg). Rebounding, venue, & no Lyons will add up to a victory & cover for the Rainbow Warriors tonight!!!:yup
Sorry the play tips @ 12:00amCDT. Like most of you I will probably not know the result until Thursday morning. Then again I might just stay out late & catch a score when I get home.:0025 Good Luck MadJackers & Go Bows!!!:0008
