Just got back from Lost Wages, hoping to hit PROFIT-CITY!!

Had to look up my password it's been so long, so I didn't post anything early. Played the Cards and Under, FLA and OVER, ANA and UNDER in those.

Colorado at SAN DIEGO
  • COL is 1-9 in Astacio's last 10 starts, 0-5 in his last 5, 5-12 overall. COL is 15-24 on the road, 15-22 within the division, and 16-28 after a loss.
  • SD is only 16-28 at home, but 23-16 after a win, 17-11 in day games, 8-5 on Thursday, 7-3 in game 3 after a win, and 10-6 when Eaton starts.
  • HP UMP Gorman is 11-6 for the home team, and 5-9 O/U
  • Last 4 meetings have gone OVER, OVER is 22-13 when wind is 0-10 mph at SD, 26-13 overall. Both teams have gone over 7 times in their last 10.
  • Astacio is 2-5 with ERA of 4.76 on the road, 0-5 with 8.18 ERA in last five overall.
  • Eaton is a better pitcher on the road, as he is 2-4 with a 4.43 at home. However he is in good form, going 3-2 with ERA of 3.16 in last five starts.

OVER 8.5 ** DOUBLE **

Although PADRES have been the worst home team this side of CINCY, I got to go with the better pitcher throwing at home vs a very cold team starting an even colder starter. The real value is in the OVER as I could see EATON struggling some considering his recent high pitch counts, but I still think he'll have enough to beat ASTACIO.

Chicago Cubs at NY METS

Can't bring myself to play a side in this game, as this game is a toss-up in my h.o. I would play under as 10 of the last 11 CUB road games have failed to reach the number. However, with a HP UMP averaging over 7 walks and 12 runs per game, maybe even the CUBS and METS can put together some runs.

Boston at CLEVELAND
  • BOS has won Cone's last six starts, 8-2 in their last 10 road games, 13-4 in the last 17. SOX are also 7-3 in Game 3 after winning, and 16-8 Overall in Game 3.
  • CLE is 1-9 in last 10 games COLON has started against BOS, winning the last meeting in SEPT '00. ONLY 3 of those 10 games managed to go over 7 runs total.
  • COLON is 1-6 at home with 5.86 ERA and team is 2-8 in 10 home starts, while CONE is 1-1 with 3.96 ERA, and his team 3-2 in five road starts.

BOSTON +130

Can't back COLON with his past at home and against BOSTON. CONE has been doing well lately, and the SOX seem to like hitting for him. COLON has lost his confidence and will be a GO AGAINST for me til he finds the plate and his confidence again. Took KC vs COLON in his last home start for a NICE DOG winna, will do the same again!

Seattle Cost me too Rander, every time i play them its either a nail biter or they get there asses handed to them, great call on the Atl O7', i loved it all day, but chickened out last minute it fit my system perfectly too, just that i still dont have a handle on Chen yet he's either Cy young or Kenny Rogers...
