In regards to McGuire, are you saying he said something other than "watch this" or "look at this"? I find that hard to believe. That's all he says...other than adding his Maddenesque "bams" and shit. This is the worst broadcast team ever assembled in my opinion. Granted, Fox's new team is going to give them a run for the money but I don't think anyone will ever surpass these idiots in my lifetime. What's worse is I have to listen to Patrick call basketball as well. Well, I don't have to...I usually turn on some music instead. Oh, a friend of mine called and said Theismann said, "Minny has no chance" near the end of the first half. Am I wrong or is it their job to keep people tuned in so the advertisers stay happy? You never say it's over...as a broadcaster of any sport...even though as a bettor you know it is.

After winning my over in the first half,and the highlight for me was when they panned to some trendy Seattle nightspot and showed a pretty female saute cook finishing off some chicken wing dish.McGuire goes absolutely wild,ranting that the only place in the world that can make a hot wing dish is Buffalo,just 'cause they originated there as everyone knows by now.Anyone in the food biz has that simple recipe by now,but to have heard Paul tell it,no one living anywhere else has a right to cook and eat wings.This was during a feel good promo for Seattle meant to engender good will,but unwittingly the producers chose to feature the wrong food item to suit Paul.Everyone else in the booth sat in stunned silence for a moment until Patrick said"Awww,don't be that way."Its so funny to me that a former punter trys to act so tough and macho.Anyone who's been on a football team knows that thats a rare punter indeed.
