Saw Randy pitch tonite at the park, and let me tell you something, when he's one he is ON (a'course, it looks even better when you got a chunk a' chalk on him).
Guy throwing 97 mph one after another. Even in the sticky humid heat down here. His slider was foolin' me from behind home.

Don't think the Fish had a left-hander in the lineup, but RJ was punchin' the righties out like they werent' there. Only one inning of trouble, and man it was so hot I was pouring my beer on myself on purpose.

I'm writing this because I made a comment early in the season where I sais that after late last season and early this season taht maybe Randy had lost it. There goes that idea!

If he's anywhere near last week's form, he should be O.K. Guy barely broke a sweat in hot, humid Miami (it's the humidity).
Also, he seems to be getting some decent run support lately.
Last week he faced a lefty also, and though first few innings were quick, Dbacks bats got to him.
Gonna lay chalk, small tonite, more for fun.
