RANGERS/TIGERS Over 9.5 -125 ? Now I am not normally a fan of laying this much juice on a total, but this game may be Over by the 6th inning! Chan Ho Park may be the biggest bust in baseball this season. After signing a huge free agent contract in the off season, Park has promptly gone 4-5 with a 7.08 ERA and a poor WHIP of 1.57. Even though the Rangers have won his last 3 starts, those victories were a by-product of the Texas OFFENSE, as Park had a 6.38 ERA in those 3 wins. Not surprisingly, the Over is 13-3 in all of Park?s starts, with an average total score of 13.2 runs per game. Sparks has also tended to go Over this year, as the Over is 12-7 in all his starts with an average total score of 10.4 runs per game. To his credit, Sparks has recorded 4 straight Quality Starts. However, he has been unable to fool this Texas lineup with his knuckleball, as he has a bloated 10.38 ERA and a horrible WHIP of 2.23 in his last 3 starts against them.
