The injuries tonite are cruel. TJ Ford left last nite with a bruised back. With Chris Bosh out, the two leading scorers are gone. BUT...TJ is their main point guard, and Calderone (a very good point guard off the bench) went out on a stretcher a couple of games ago. So...no top two scorers and the quarterbacks are toast for tonite. :SIB

The purpose of this post is not to post picks but to provide info. But how can I resist a pick, fer chrissakes? :mj07:

Hey, who am I to say anything with my current 8-game losing steak? But dammit, the LAC are desperate to end their own losing streak at home on the west coast where plays the best of the best. They were supposed to do well this year, remember? They will not be laying down.

However, I cannot pick either team on the spread, or I will surely lose. Desperate times call for desperate measures. It's too late to hook em on the moneyline with Minny (not sure I'd want to anyways and haven't peeked yet), but not too late to hook em with Anaheim in hockey. Not going to do a hockey analysis here, but suffice it to say that ANA is the best in the NHL, they do not lose willingly, lay down, or take days off. In the NHL as in the NFL or the NBA anything can happen, but less so in hockey and football IMHO. If I'm going to lose, I will lose with the best. Soooo....

Clippers ml...
Ducks ml...

OH YEAH...GOOD LUCK TO ALL TONITE!!! :)

Quick Update

Don't want to mislead anyone betting this game...

TJ may be in tonite, even with a bruised back.

But Garbajosa has a bruised calf from the Suns game and is a game time decision.

DANG...those Suns are wicked on teams. Heard someone say that trying to stop the Suns is like trying to take a drink from a fire hydrant...

and you can't gun with them...

"Don't take your guns to Phoenix town, boys."
