SEATTLE SONICS -12 - I am not usually a big fan of laying this much wood, but the Raptors? lack of depth is apparent, as they have not been very competitive since their recent slew of injuries. They are now 1-7 S/U and 2-6 ATS in their last 8 games, losing those contests by an average of 10.1 points despite the fact that 5 of the 8 were at home. I just don?t see them keeping pace with the Sonics here in Seattle. Sure, the Sonics aren?t playing especially well themselves, having lost 4 in a row. Keep in mind however that those 4 losses came by a TOTAL of 7 points, and that they came at Portland, at Phoenix, and at home to New Orleans and San Antonio, not a softie in the bunch! They should find tonight?s assignment much easier. Seattle beat the Raptors by 12 points at Toronto on December 13, and I expect an even bigger winning margin tonight.
