I don't play NBA much, so take this for what it is worth...

Play: Denver Nuggets Team Total Over 103

Denver is fresh. Only 2nd game in 5 nights, going against a Miami Heat team that will be playing its 4th in 5 nights. Miami has given up 100 or more points in their last 3 on this road trip and tonight their weary defense gets to play in 5000 ft altitude. Denver should have their way offensively. Nuggets have scored 100+ 5 of last 6 games.
