I rarely post, especially backing this team in recent years. But I have to believe if there's ever a time to bet on the Skins, it's this weekend. Their offensive struggles are well-documented. Even the defense (which is fairly solid) has looked ragged. But this week, they get the right prescription in Houston. Offensive line injuries for the Texans and a struggling team to begin with add up to Washington's first win. I'm still buying down to -3 just to be safe and I'm taking Washington O10 for the 1H (I think they score two TD's easy with Portis in) and Wash -1.5 1H.
This has all the signs of a Washington blowout. I think the public is backing the idea of a team that won't score more than 10 points any game this season. Make no mistake, the Redskins are not a playoff team. But I believe they will win fairly easily this week and the line represents value considering how poorly they played in the first two games.

And I reeeally like Jax next week only laying 3. That D will make Brunell and the rest of the offense look silly. See lots of turnovers.

very nice play. i remember seeing this earlier in the week and you def had it pegged. i wouldnt be in a rush to hammer jacksonville but thats for next week. good job on this one.
