granted...coming off a bye helps.....but,it doesn`t look like they are getting center mike flynn back to straighten out that o`line....

heap isn`t ready to return....

the only player they get back is travis taylor....and as a fan,i can tell you,taylor has pretty much been a bust...he adds very little....

and we can`t forget that jamal lewis is sitting out his suspension....

the ravens will be without their 2 most important offensive weapons...an offense that`s pitiful when it`s cranking on all cylinders...

chester taylor will surprise some...he`s good...make no mistake....

and bledsoe is a stone cold stiff,imo.....

one thing to note,though....even with terrell suggs and adalius thomas,the ravens don`t rush the passer all that well...

looking at bills+12/under 37....

and i just have to think about under 31...defensive td`s are a concern.....and ed reed blocking punts...also,if sam adams and company stuff the run,boller filling the air with footballs is a recipe for disaster...

On my Bills, but the problem is they won't be able to score on the ravens D. I don't think the Ravens will score much either. Factor in the homefield and the high probability that Bledsoe turns the ball over two times and I could see a Ravens cover.

While Baltimore -6 might seem to be a bit high considering the slow offense baltimore has, one needs to look at Buffalo.

Buffalo in short is playing like crap. I am big on Offensive lines and defensive lines and in this matchup I can see a complete blow out by Baltimore. Buffalo is scoring 14.2 ppg. Baltimore is not that far off at 19.4 ppg. Defensively Buffalo is giving up 17.2ppg while Baltimore is at 15.8.

I think Suggs and Thomas will have a field day with the buffalo O-Line. Bledsoe might as well be in a wheel chair cause he cant move around. The line is very week and a bit of pressure will cause an INT or fumble at some time in the game. Baltimore has the better defense in all aspects.

I think this looks like a no brianer by taking baltimore but dont they all look easy sometimes?? Much rather take Baltimore at a pk rather than Bills at +12 on a teaser but thats just my opinion.

I think the line is a bit in inflated considering the Ravens Offense is just awful and they will be facing a Bills defese that really matches up with them add to the fact that the Bills as a team are starting to come together coming off a home win over the Fins - I know the Fins - but they could have beaten the Jets and the Jaguars as well this season had their defense stopped both teams in the final minutes. The Ravens just dont have enough offensive weapons to scare anyone. If I were to play the game I would probably take the Bills and the points in this one.

i watch the raven offense every week.....and without heap and lewis,what can i say?.......the pottstown firebirds have more weapons....their offensive line is a very poor pass blocking line...mike flynn won`t be back this week....

as far as"d" line play goes,the raven defensive line is mediocre at best....the back 8 is the strength.....they have very few playmakers on the line....and have trouble stopping decent running games....


i see henry may be back.....added to mcgahee....and throw in lee evans and moulds....this is an offensive mismatch....


the wildcard...as is in every bills game.....will be that joke of a qb bledsoe.....

bledsoe is a stiff....if the bills had a decent qb,they`d be fairly talented on offense....

a defensive struggle.....thats what i see....you could probably tease the under with both sides....if the ravens can get a defensive td....an offensive td might be a bit much to ask....

obviously neither team can score, but both defenses are solid. Baltimore ranked 6th/Buffalo ranked 8th. Ravens have never seen McGahee, which could benefit the Bills a bit, but god Bledsoe sucks. I still like the Bills right now at +6.5, but only because maybe the Ravens are looking ahead towards Philly next week. I still think Lewis wants to knock the crap out of T.O.

I think The Ravens are one of those teams that get "ADDED POINTS" by the "ODDSMAKERS"-- they get public automatic money still off their reputation of being intimidating.

1) BUFFALO lost their opener to JAX by 3 points.
2) Then flew to OAKLAND and lost by 3 points.
3) Then flew back east to play the PATRIOTS and although lost by 14, that game was closer than the score shows..Buffalo gave them a tough game most of the way and was out-yarded by The Pats by only 60 yards.
4) The BUFF went to the JETS and lost by only 2 points and gave The Jets all they could handle--and the Jets have all kinds of weapons to hold the ball..where Baltimore doesn't
5) Finally BUFFALO gets in "THE WIN COLUMN" at home over MIAMI

Buffs Travis Henry hurt and a couple of offensive linemen are hurting. BIG PROBLEM for BUFFALO is BLEDSOE is a " Statue" and he may not have faced "The Likes" of this Ravens bunch.
BUFFALO has had some success against The Ravens in the past.

If i had to play Buffalo , I would have to add the 6 points tease.

This is a FG game. Both offenses are horrible, Cocaine delaer is out,both defenses should dominate. Field position is key in this game. Im taking the points and teasing the Bills also.

I love the Bills this week along with you. Don't think I'll be able to get 6 points, but I find it very hard to bet the NFL early in the week just to try and get a point or a half a point.
