ravens/jets...6 point same game teaser

i have always respected the jets as a road dog......always tough....

but,with the ravens coming off the bye week....after 2 straight losses....all commentary from the organization and the fans seems to indicate that this game is an absolute must....

home field...bollinger qb`ing...basically without a net.....

i expect the ravens to contain bollinger...and i expect them to get their first win.....might not be easy...the offense will again struggle...

ravens-1....under 37 at pinny...

o.k....now....detroit +6 and under 39 detroit/baltimore........similar to the tampa game.....detroit held cadillac williams to 13 yards in 11 carries last week....the ravens` secondary matches up well with the lions star laden receiving corps....

low scoring tussle...

2 units last week...this one for only one unit.....

I like the Ravens in this one, but I don't know about the total.

37 is still a low number.

The Jets offence is going to be awful this week, which might lead to a few Ravens turnovers.

They might score more than you think.

let me give a little info that non-ravens followers may not be privy to....

the run defense is absolutely suspect...the "d" line is extremely light....and under-talented....

i fully expect the ravens to stack the line...to stop martin.....and i doubt the jets will open it up with basically a rookie at qb....

i also expect john abraham and company to be on anthony wright`s ass...because...

the other weakness of the ravens is their offensive line...not only are they poor in pass protection....but this year,with defenses prepared for the ground and pound,they aren`t running effectively,either...

here`s a team that has someting like 8 to 10 legit pro-bowlers....j and r lewis...c mcallister,samari rolle...todd heap...adalius thomas...derrick mason..ogden...

but,they are still weak at the heart of their club...their base....the trenches....not to mention qb issues...

i considered going over the 25 total...but,there`s no guarantee...that sans defensive help,either team can score on offense...

i expect field goals to be the order of the day...
