Anyone else buy one of those Bravo 60 inch Sonys about 5 years ago? Seems like I remember Jack buying one. Just found out the problem I am having with the green/yellow tint is happening to many people. There have been lawsuits and Sony has responded with some incentives for new TVs.

Yes, I had a couple of them, and they both went bad due to a bad optical block.
Yes, they do provide discounted TV's - you don't get your pick - they give you one close to the same size as you had at a very discounted price.
Overall, I was very happy with how they stood behind these TV's.......
I was offered what appears to be a good deal and will go for it. Had no idea of the extent of the problem until I checked the Internet.
