We all know Arod was juicing but he is not the only......manny Ramirez who helped you win a World Series and another one I think failed 2 tests......MLB trying to make an example out of Arod while promoting the steroid home run derby between McGwire and Sosa.....what a bunch of hypocrites

What's your point? I think if the fans back then knew for sure they would have booed Manny. Sammy Sosa can't show his face in Chicago now as he is known as a cheater. This phony weasal should get booed everywhere he goes and really shouldn't be playing. F him.
Why shouldn't he be playing? The commissioner over stepped his authority and instead of a 50 game suspension he gets 211 games.......I don't like Arod but MLB is not following its own guideline......I don't think he failed a drug testing since they implemented it.....I would not be surprised if the NYY and MLB were conspiring together since the Yankees were stupid enough to give him a 10 yr contract when he was 32 at the time...... Man up and live up to the contract

Agreed, I hate to say it, but i think he wins that appeal. There is no basis or precedent for a 211 game suspension.
Selig and his cronies trying to exert authority and just forgetting about the bylaws of the drug program........They were pissed off about Braun getting off on his appeal and they are trying to make an example of Arod......

Because unlike all the other players he "obstructed" the investigation. Right now you're hearing from this bozos lawyers. Baseball has the goods on this fraud and by the way his teammates hate him. This guy is a class A phony.
I am not disagreeing with you that he is a phony but to try to circumvent baseball bylaws with a 211 game suspension is ridiculous.....He will win his appeal and the Yankees will have to honor the insane contract that gave him

I agree on the payment. Not sure about the length of suspension but I could care less if his ugly ass ever plays again.
