eagles by double digits, don't get caught up in the "fun and gun" hype. the eagles will blitz matthews all night. look for philly to come up with a few pics. eagles win easy. birds make a statement tonight about who the real beast of the east is.

I liked the Skins before reading this, but when I see people calling out double digit victories in favor of the team I'm betting against, it makes me feel better.

Love the Skins tonight. Spurrier is a tremendous play caller, and will have a game-plan to contend with the over-aggressive Eagles defense. On the other side of the ball, the Eagles offense is lacking in the talent to really hurt a pretty good Skins defense. Their linebacking corp is arguably one of the best in the league, and at home on Monday night (with the help of the crowd), they should be able to hold Donovan and his velocity-challenged receivers in check.

I don't know, I distinctly remember playing the Eagles in preseason when Redman from Baltimore was picking their D apart. Yes, both teams had their 1st string guys in there too.

I figure if Baltimore, out of all teams, had success with them then I don't see why Washington doesn't have the same or better. Great spot for a home dog.

The Eagles and the under should be a good correlated parlay tonight because if the Eagles win (and that is an if) the game will be a low-scoring affair. The Eagles notoriously sit on leads (i.e. last week vs. Tennessee) and play conventional when ahead. The return of Troy Vincent will be a major help and Ike Reese replacing Carlos Emmons is a minor drop-off if any. I like Philly 21-13.

i think that what he means

if> philly parlayed with under

if> wash parlayed with over

if, one or the other

chances are pretty good, but not good enough for me

I played the Skins M.L. + 130, So far they have met every 1st. time situation. Tonight will be his 1st time on M.N.F. ;)
I 'm glad that after 3 convincing wins this preseason, they LOST! Reminds them how it feels.

Eagles by double digits?

Eagles by double digits?

The Eagles lack playmakers I doubt if they will score more than 17 points. Everyone talks about the Redskins fun and gun offense now, but I see their defense as the strength of their team. Monday night home dogs are unreal. The NFL teams change so much from year to year. Examples Green Bay, St. Louis , and San Francisco all elite teams last year have looked mediocre so far. This Eagle team is no where near as good as last year. Losing Showalter was a huge blow. There wide outs are mediocre at best. Just worried about the kicking game for Washington. The reason they scored so many last weak was because of Tennessee's weak pass defense. I am not guaranteeing a Washington cover but I doubt very much the Eagles will win by double digits.
