The end of this Marquette game is disgusting. Ref blows whistle for no reason and even though Marquette had rebound, they rule jump ball and give it to Georgetown. Unreal, guys watched monitor and couldn't solve the fucking puzzle

I've heard that there is a real shortage of officials and its a problem. I know a couple guys in my area and they work just about every single day of the season. Thats a lot of work and a lot of travel. One particular fellow told me that fighting burnout is a real problem that he and others faces several times a year.
On a positive note, he's 25 lbs slimmer now than when he started about 10 years ago. officiating a college game is a pretty good workout. It's a thankless and tough job.

Marquette pulled it out despite refs best efforts. Same as nfl yesterday, the replay doesn't lie but dumb rules can screw you over
