Taking another shot here. I'm guessing the thing is unplugged now and defrosting plug it in tomorrow and cross your fingers. Maybe the damper was frozen or stuck. Hey you never know and you have the Philco backup. GL!

Already did all that, still broken. Well, I'm off to Sears in a bit. Between 10am and Noon I can receive another 10% off and I have a coupon for another $10 off....trying to whittle the price down as much as I can. So with those discounts and the appliance rebate I'll end up saving over $200.
