:shrug: Haven't these Big10 refs screwed up their own conference games enough without bringing the circus act to the Bowl Games? Thank goodness there's instant replay in the Big10. Wish they were using it in the Indepenence Bowl. Seems to me they're doing everything they can to get Miami back in the game. :shrug:

I have learned that the only consistent thing in sports is how bad pretty much all officials are. However there are times it isnt that they are just bad - favortism to one side is transparent. I havent seen enough of this game to go that far, but in about 8 minutes of play that I have watched I would rate these guys as quite bad.

that's why its crazy to bet large money on these games.

It not just the refs making bad calls either. The Gambling Gods don't want the Cyclones to win this one. Three interceptions dropped by ISU (one that certainly would have been returned for a touchdown, one that would have stopped the Redhawks from scoring)....... and then the dropped touchdown by the wide open Cyclone receiver...
