Clemson may very well be the right side and could win the game , but we say the same things every big game bama plays .. Give Peterson a month and he will beat bama .. Alabama's qb sux , bla bla bla..
I read Clemson isn't Washington or lsu , they are much better . I agree .. But I would also argue alabama is better than Ncst and Pitt ..

Hey Boom. Yeah this game isn't the same as last year's game. Salty stated Williams is playing and didn't play LY? Which Williams? WR for Clemson or Standup LB for Alabama?
Both teams have very strong front 7's and even in speed, QB however, isn't close. RBs are about the same, I like Scarborough as a North/South runner more, TE's, the same, Liggett is a threat, so is Bama's TE.
The difference in the Bama/U Dub game at 17 pt spread was the pick 7 by Bama. Otherwise we're talking a 10 pt game instead of a 17 pt game. Funny how the opening line on that Bama game was -13 and zoomed to 17 but once it hit 17 or 17 1/2, it crept back down to 13, Vegas had that number right on with their numbers, although many of us had Bama winning by 7 to 14 points. That turnover for a score can be the difference as it is any game it happens in, from an ATS win we want or an ATS loss we don't want, LOL!
I like Clemson's kicking game a bit more than Bama's and I think Dabo Swiney is a pretty smart guy and Saban knew when he saw they were going to play Clemson, that they needed to make a change quickly because how they played vs Huskies and Huskies gave everything they had, they can't play like that vs Clemson.
Clemson played to the level of their opponent all year and they surely took Ohio St out of their comfort zone in the 1Q and never relented!
My spread is pk to -3 pts in this game, main reason I'm taking Clemson, if it loses, it loses. That's why they call it gambling.
I think the biggest difference is Watson vs Hurts. Experience vs talent, but Hurts' talent is as a runner and making "D" miss him, he didn't look good passing even vs Washington, same thing vs LSU and same thing vs Ole Miss until Bama blew Ole Miss out.
Neutral site game, on grass, in Tampa, should be nice and humid with all this shit weather coming through the Gulf this week into Monday and they just had an NFL game there on Sunday.
