Republican Health Care Plan: Who gains, who loses

I would like to see the above 200,000 broken down into 200000 - 400000, then 400,000 and up.
Overall it looks pretty solid, given that no one is losing more than 1,400 annualy, but I would like those making over 400,000 to carry a larger share of the under 20k's load.
There are good bit of restaurant workers in those lower tiers, so you can definitely help them by tipping on takeout orders from full-service restaurants:0008
