True.

And says alot that Obama is the best the Dems have.

Both parties are in a very sad state of affairs.

This is a statement that most rational people will agree with. It is funny how all of a sudden these people will discredit Palin for inexperience but Barry who is on the head of his ticket, has essentially zilch for experience as well as a completely loose cannon for his Veep.

Yes, John Edwards is equivalent to the President and Vice-President.

Was Newt Gingrich around in Minnesota today?

Yep, I just saw him on Hannity. He asked Colmes to list some of Barry's accomplishments other than voting present 145 times in the Illinois House.:142smilie :142smilie :142smilie

DJV I hate to break it to you, but Bush didn't come close to sinking the country. Turn off Keith Angryman and smell the coffee. We are actually doing quite well right now despite some challenges.

Freeze,

Post this thing a couple weeks from now. I'm still enjoying my signature, but i'll probably get bored with it in a week or two.

I added "despite some challenges" to it for context of what I was thinking.

The war is better, I think we have leaders who will get us off oil, I think technology with wind and batteries will take off in the next 2 decades. We are much better right now than we were 2 years ago.

Are you serious? What country are you living in? Our economy is on a self destruct course. When you say "we" you actually mean "me"? Right?

The economy is of course not good. I havent heard anything from mcCain to make me think he has a plan to make it better. What I know of Obama's plan is a recipe for economic disaster.

It takes a blatant partisan to not realize and accept hust how bad these two guys are. They bash each other because they have nothing else of any merit to say.

Actually, our economy is on a course that actually "wants" to do well, but energy has severely handicapped it.

If our next President incorporates new innovative energy solutions into his presidency, we will be doing just fine and you will see a bull market once again. I think either President will do this as the American People demand it. I was pretty negative myself for a while but the more I read about alternatives and hear things from people who know more than I , I think we are in good shape. T. Boone Pickens is one of those I think who is really helping across party lines.
