Challenging votes at one precinct because they claim an interpreter was telling people who to vote for instead of just interpreting. This is gonna be a 'fun' election. Say they will file lawsuit if votes not thrown out.

Who knows the details, man? If it's true, of course it's a legitimate complaint. Then again, voter intimidation here has already become a huge issue over the last few weeks of early voting.

Of course it is a legitimate complaint, Wayne. So was Ohio Secretary of State Blackwells complaint. However, Daeschle's complaint is frivolous. Right?

Already reports out of Cleveland that Republican challengers are using scare tactics on folks in line telling them they will be required to disclose their addresses and if the address is incorrect they will be charged with a felony. If true this is a violation of federal election laws as challengers are not allowed to make any contact with voters it has to be done through a 3rd party and a voter is not required to show any form of identification to vote.
I'm sure stuff is happening all over from both parties. Eddie, is there an over under on the number of lawsuits generated by this election? 
Don't know yet Eddie as I have yet to get to the polls just going off a report on NPR! I can only dream one of the challengers confronts me as it will be on at that moment as I will not allow a members of Bush's Communist patrol to intimidate me. Eddie, I am sure most of them are white and mindless idiots!

In a nut shell Edward everyone that is a citizen and eligible to vote should get chance to do so-- once. The only way you can prove that is case is by indentification. Whats your prob with that.
