Does anyone have (or know where I can download) a list of game results for previous seasons which includes the teams' season-to-date win-loss records?

I've already got a decade of results; it's each team's season win-loss record at the start of each game that I'm looking to incorporate into my database. I can't find that in either link.
No worries, if it isn't readily available. It will be straightforward to calculate within Excel just based on the results that I have. I just wanted to adopt the lazy approach

Sadly not. What I observed to be a lucrative angle this season was not replicated in previous seasons.
