Reverse line movement

Can someone explain this to me , what you guys look for , etc.... I used Vegas insider and I see 67% of people on Syracuse under yet it has jumped 2.5 points other way. Is the over a strong play here. Same with vandy 85% on under but it moved up half a point.

I do not subscribe to the theory but you do have it right. Actually, in theory that angle is fine but I am highly skeptical of the idea that the books release accurate consensus numbers. Think about it, why would they ?
