I wrote this on Facebook today:
O.K. Is there still anyone out there who doesn't think that Bill Bel. is not only the best football coach but the best football mine ever? In my 60 years chasing foot, I have never seen a greater football mind and I have personally seen a few great ones. Yesterday, the game ball goes to the entire coaching staff. Pats win the coin toss and go against their usual decision and decide to receive the ball. Two messages given emphatically by Bill to both teams before one single play. BRILLANT! Message one, Offense, we are taking taking the ball down field and scoring. Yes, Offense we are that good! Message two; Try and stop us. We believe you can't. Our Offense is that good! Messages delivered! With out boring anyone anymore. simply, The Patriots had the better talent, no question about that but yesterday's first half was the best utilization on talent against the perceived weakness I have seen. Great offensive plan my eyes ever saw for a half. This team was that good, yesterday. And hey, I am a very sad N.Y. Giants fan. Go Pats!:spotting:

Yes, Bill definitely saw something we did not by taking the opening kick off. He has not done that in years. Great game plan all the way around for the Patriots.

I hope someday,when he retires we can hear from him on his methods. He seems to overcome any obstacles that come his way. Heard once he has an IQ level required by his players. He sure gets the most out of them and if you underachieve you're gone.
