[972] BOS RED SOX -1?-125 ( J URENA -R / B JOHNSON -L ) ov MIA MARLINS Loss 8-7
7:10 P.M.
RISK: 500
WIN: 400
Urena dazzled in his first start back from suspension, throwing a complete game against Washington, so the plus money is tempting. However, the Marlins are still one of the worst teams in the majors and have trouble consistently putting up offense to help out the pitching. The Red Sox also just have this uncanny ability to win when Johnson starts on the mound and you have to imagine that the BoSox will be fired up after being swept for the first time this season. All in all I like Boston to come out swinging and take game one on Tuesday.

[975] LA DODGERS -225 ( ACTION ) 0v TEX RANGERS Won 8-4
8:05 P.M.
RISK: 500
WIN: 222
There really isn?t much to like about the Rangers? chances in this one. L.A. is playing better ball than they are right now and the pitching matchup certainly favors the visitors. Pederson should be back in business for the Dodgers and that will only help matters.

[962] NY YANKEES -1?-130 ( J SHIELDS -R / L LYNN -R ) ov CWS Loss 5-4
7:05 P.M.
RISK: 500
WIN: 385
The Yankees have been very good on offense so far as they enter rank 2nd in the league in scoring, putting up 5.22 rpg while also ranking 11th in hitting at .253 and 1st in homers with 211. On the mound, they have been very solid so far as they come in ranked 6th in the league in ERA at 3.67, while also ranking 7th in WHIP at 1.22 and 2nd in K?s with 1314. The pen for the Yankees ranks 3rd in the league with a 3.13 ERA. DAVID HESS
The Yankees are clearly the better team as everyone knows.
[966] CLE INDIANS -220 ( ACTION ) ov MINN TWINS Won 8-1
7:10 P.M.
RISK: 500
WIN: 227
I am taking the Indians in this one. The Twins have now dropped four out of their last five games, and they have allowed at least six runs in five of those games. Furthermore, the Twins have lost five out of their last six games against the Indians, and they are only averaging four runs per game against Cleveland on the season. Lastly, Carlos Carrasco is locked in, sporting a 2.30 ERA over his last five starts.
Yikes! Two -1.5 plays. This card is doomed.:nooo: Yep, it was..lost both -1.5 plays. My bad for just playing them.
