The only thing that matters when capping early preseason games are the backup quarterbacks. I'll take the team with the talented and/or experienced QBs. Almost every other position is a wash when you start getting into rookies and guys who likely won't be on the roster in another three weeks. The Ravens have a former starter in RGIII and a super talented athlete in Lamar Jackson who should take advantage of second stringers. I'll take the Ravens in this game.

It is hard to pick against this Baltimore side in the preseason. All they have been doing it putting together W?s and there is no reason to think that will change when they play host to the team geographically closest to them in the league. Is it just preseason?
