I'm glad you made the above post though, as it gets directly to the heart of the matter, on both sides. It is simply a hidden, secret program, run by a select few, that is not publicized, reported, or known to the people involved. It could be used for any purpose, if it is secret, and the law is in place to prohibit possible abuses of power. It's simple. It's the law. It's the Constitution. It's what we try to sell other countries on to make their way of life, well, like ours. You try to wiggle out of this saying it's no big deal. It is a big deal, it is what this country stands for. At least, that's how I see it. You don't have to care, of course. Just makes the whole spreading of democracy craze by your boys and girls kind of hollow, in some ways.
