No matter what you feel about our current health care system, the fact is : it is clear it's responsible for a big part of the destruction to our economy. We can't find long term solutions to our economic crisis without changing our health care system. I don't think anyone can disagree with that .... Can they ? I think the union leadership has failed the worker the last 30 yrs but the biggest reason the auto industry and others have to get rid of the unions is because of the demands of health care on employers.... I will not defend unions after 1980 but the reason their demands have been a burden on business is because of health care... People will get health care one way or another... I can't agree more about Health Care. It is a combination of the Insurance companies and the doctors. I am somewhat disapointed that Obama did not make Health Care his top priority because non of these other problems will get fixed until Health Care does.
