Despite their agonizing loss to the LSU Tigers, the Alabama Crimson Tide can still earn a trip to the SEC title game. All they need is a little luck and a victory in the annual Iron Bowl, just one of the marquee matchups highlighting NCAA Football Rivalry Week.

Auburn celebrated a stunning victory over Georgia last week, and a win against archrival Alabama at home Saturday can clinch a share of the SEC West title for the Tigers. Unfortunately, beating the hated Crimson Tide won't be enough to guarantee Auburn a return trip to the conference title game. The No. 11 Tigers (8-2, 6-1) face an eighth-ranked Tide squad (9-1, 6-1) struggling to score points in the 70th edition of the Iron Bowl at Jordan-Hare Stadium.

Alabama -7
at Auburn +7

The winner of Saturday's Iron Bowl can get into the game only if LSU loses once against a pair of teams that are a combined 6-12. LSU plays at Ole Miss., a kickoff that should come not long after Alabama and Auburn finish their game.

In other college football marquee matchups:

LSU Tigers @ Mississippi Rebels
LSU -17
at Mississippi +17

LSU has put itself in position to win the SEC West with a pair of overtime wins against its top challengers in the division over the past three weeks. A victory over one of its oldest and most bitter rivals will move it even closer to achieving that goal.

The fourth-ranked Tigers (8-1, 5-1) look to pull within one win of securing a spot in the SEC championship game when they visit Mississippi (3-6, 1-5) on Saturday. The Rebels are one of the Tigers' oldest rivals, but they've lost three of their last four, including a 28-17 defeat at home to Arkansas last week.

Oklahoma Sooners @ Texas Tech Raiders
Oklahoma +7.5
at Texas Tech -7.5

It's not a Bowl Championship Series game, but a trip to the Cotton Bowl may be on the horizon for the winner of the Big 12 game between Oklahoma and Texas Tech on Saturday.

Both the Sooners (6-3, 5-1 Big 12 South) and 21st-ranked Red Raiders (8-2, 5-2 South) have no chance of catching No. 2 Texas for the South Division title and a berth in the Big 12 Championship game. The second-place school gets a bid to the the Cotton Bowl and an estimated $3 million payout while other bowl-eligible schools get slotted to lesser games based on their overall standing in the conference.

Fresno State Bulldogs @ USC Trojans
Fresno State +24
at USC Trojans -24

Top-ranked Southern California looks to extend the nation's longest current winning streak when it steps out of conference to play host to No. 16 Fresno State. Starting with this contest, Southern California plays its final two games at home at the Los Angeles Coliseum, wrapping up the regular season Dec. 3 against rival UCLA.

Besides their 32-game winning streak, the two-time defending national champion Trojans have won 25 straight at the L.A. Coliseum. A win over Fresno State (8-1) would match the conference record for longest home winning streak, set by California from 1919-23.

Georgia Tech Yellow Jackets @ Miami (Fla.) Hurricanes
Georgia Tech +18
at Miami (Fla.) -18

With a pair of home contests remaining against teams it easily beat last season, Miami is on track to play in the first ACC title game. The Hurricanes, though, are chasing an even more important goal. Third-ranked Miami (8-1, 5-1) looks to extend its winning streak to nine when it hosts Georgia Tech (6-3, 4-3) on Saturday in a game rescheduled from Oct. 22 because of Hurricane Wilma.

Miami needs to beat Georgia Tech and Virginia to set up a rematch with No. 22 Florida State in the ACC championship game, and both of those remaining regular-season games are in the Orange Bowl. The Hurricanes beat the Yellow Jackets and Cavaliers by a combined 34 points last season.

Predictions:
Auburn 37 - Alabama 21
Texas Tech 47 - Oklahoma 23
USC 49 - Fresno State 17
LSU 37 Mississippi 17
Georgia Tech 17 - Miami (Fla.) 27
