I am getting Road Runner internet service soon. The guy I spoke to at Bright House said it is twice as fast as DSL. he also said if EVERYONE in the community was on line with RR at the same time, it is STILL FASTER than DSL.

Does anyone use this?? Like?? Dislikes???

THANKS!!!!!

On the course!
People around my neck use RR or Charter. (They are about the same.) I have never had, or heard a complaint.

I have had RR for about 3 months now and had only one problem. Something was faulty with the cable in my area so I would get disconnected every 10 minutes. It was fixed the next day and everything has been fine since. My brother has had it for a couple years and has never had a problem.

I have had RR for about two years and have no problems what so ever. I can't comment on whether it is faster than DSL because I never had it, but you won't be disappointed. The speed at which you can download emails and temp internet files is amazing. It is worth the extra coin. Good Luck

I use Road Runner TIME WARNER and find it more than adequate. They have good customer service for the occasional hick-ups that might happen.

Okay....someone help me here:

I have cable internet through our local television provider......Adelphia. It's 45 freakin bucks a month. Am I to believe that RoadRunner is just as fast....and just as efficient for half that? Or might it not be available in my area. If it is....I have to make a switch soon. Any help appreciated here.

TJ, I've been with Roadrunner for a couple of years. Very good quality and service. When there is a problem and there haven't been many, they are very promt in taking care of it.

Iminforabuck, not sure where you got your numbers, but RR cost me $44.95 per month. I pay about $83 bucks/month for online service and cable TV. They do offer special promotions when you sign up, but once that is gone, it is $44.95/month.
