NOTE: Pasted from Rotoworld - give them credit for the "True" story...
Packers CB Brandon Underwood will reportedly escape sexual assault charges, but he could end up facing charges of solicitation of prostitution.
The two women involved could also face prostitution charges. Underwood picked them up at Chubby's, a gentleman's club near Lake Delton. While Underwood was engaged with one of the women, the other was caught attempted to rob him. The two women were then thrown out of the condo, at which point they apparently trumped up the "rape" story. Jun. 8 - 1:59 pm et

Feel sorry for the player in this case. His reputation has been harmed for good - due to these women taking advantage of him.
Rape is nothing to dismiss easily. But these type of situations make it hard for women that are legitimately victimized when women make up a story like this to protect themselves.
If Underwood did rape them, as they intiially claimed, he would probably get 5-10 years in jail.
The women that tried to rob him and then made up this story as a cover? They will walk away with nothing I would bet.
They SHOULD get the same sentence as the crime they falsely accused him of - the same sentence a rapist would get. He'll never get his reputation back because of this.
You hear stories similiar to this all the time - young women have so much power by using the "rape" card. In situations like this where it was not, then women need to face significant jail time.
