YTD: 42-38-3 +.05 units....been a battle with mediocrity lately, hoping to keep my head above water.

Houston -125...can't ask for a better price for the Rocket at home, I don't care who he is facing. Astros are 6-1 in his starts at Minute Maid (that one loss was Piazza's miracle HR in the ninth off Dotel) and Clemens holds a nice 1.15 era in Houston. Other trends I like --- Stros have won five of last six home series openers and Cubs have lost six of last seven road openers. Of course you've got to respect Prior, but you're getting the better pitcher of the two here at home at what I consider to be a very reasonable price.

I like the 'stros tonight too. On top of everything you mentioned, the Cubbies are coming in off of that 15 inning marathon yesterday. Add late travel from LA to Houston...

Clemens gets up for match-ups like this... Prior was shaky last time out, and may not be COMPLETELY "right" yet from the injury. Good Luck!

Play looks great but why such a low line with Clemens on the mound I would expect at least a -175 l;ine.

Lot of respect for Prior --- which I understand to a point but think since it's only his third start of the year it's a little overblown.

I wouldn't read into the line too much
asked myself the same question about low lines when clemens was -140 at seattle and that cashed
lots of cubs bettors out there and prior backers
i'll take my chances on the rocket as well--prior will still be on a lower pitch count, the cubs bullpen was strained yesterday, and houston gets berkman back. even when healthy, priors record vs stros is not spectacular to begin with
