3 seconds..wind do scare me a little but Rockets have some solid RB's in Dawson and Broussard.And Grad should get the wind for 2 quarters if its blowing that way.Not sure which way the wind is going.
NIU on the road,backup Qb, top RB hurting,pass defense that has given up mucho TD's.Think Rockets will still beat them by 14 -17 pts.
