First of all you stated that you pay your finishers $300 and Labor $200 a day regardless of the hours of work. If I understand you correctly, which is no easy feat I assure you, you also have a handful of hourly waged employees at $55 an hour? Then you proudly state that you employ only union help.
Of course you realize that I am a union man myself and I know how the cow eats the cabbage.
You don't pay any of them a damn dime more than what you are required to pay them as they are union negotiated wages. If you contract them out you pay them that rate because you have to not because you are doing anybody a favor. Sell that bullshit nice guy crap down the street, we are all full up here already.
Secondly, you may very well do fantastic work and I am sure you have pictures that prove it. That is something to be proud of and I commend you for doing what you are paid to do, to the best of your union labor's ability. I personally would rather have you prove you ever got a passing grade in any English class but you aren't the only non English speaking concrete worker in the U.S.

Yes I love Democracy. I will always love Democracy, and I will always stand up for basic human civility. I will always demand integrity and loyalty to the principles on which this country was built.
