After helping the Islanders to back-to-back wins before Christmas, Dwayne Roloson will receive his third consecutive start tonight against Montreal

Matt Moulson, who was held out of the 2nd and 3rd periods of Thursday's game against the Devils for precautionary reasons, will play tonight. After being rocked by Devils defenseman Anton Volchenkov in the first period, Moulson said he felt a little "spacey" when he returned to the game. He has since passed all tests to rule out a concussion and was given the green light to play his 115th game as an Islander against the Canadiens. He has yet to miss a game as an Islander.

Despite the severe weather looming--Long Island is expected to receive 11 to 16 inches of snow today--Montreal arrived with no complications. Although there may be blizzard-like conditions such as last year's game against the Habs December 19, 2009 there has been no discussion of canceling the game.

The officials slated to appear for tonight's game, however, have already undergone an adjustment. Chris Rooney, Frederick L'Ecuyer, Jean Morin and Scott Cherrey will not work the game, due to inclement weather. No word yet on the new crew.

Matt Martin returns to the Islanders lineup tonight after missing two games while serving a suspension for his hit Saturday on Coyotes forward Vernon Fiddler.
