kegray......they canceled it after 3 episodes, 4 have been shown.

Yeah. 1 more episode left to air.

I think someone like TNT or maybe even a FOX or CBS grabs it.

ABC is claiming the big numbers for the show are do to the fact that Dancing With Stars is the lead in and they average 20M+ viewers.

The critics have bashed the show.

When they cancelled Pushing Daisies
they showed the remaining episodes Saturday at 1 am
what a joke
and what a waste of promotional dollar
marketing the hell out of these now shows (ads for flash forward were everywhere), and then just yanking them. Pathetic.

Not to change the subject from the show but the canceled show are going to leave me starting over YET AGAIN with new shows based on how many of my shows were killed:

No longer around for me:
Heroes,24,Lost,Flash Forward,The Forgotten,Romantically Challenged,Raising the bar,Trauma,The Cleaner.

Also a little sidenote for ABC viewers. The show they pounded into the ground with ads has already been canceled 3 episodes in as well :
Happy Town is done.

ABC did renew "V" for a 2nd season despite poor ratings. It is a ok but not great show, but it under performed yet they are gonna ride it out.

"V" took over the time slot of The Forgotten one week after last episode and The Forgotten had higher ratings.

ABC execs kurby

There is a term for that Ghost Kid:

"burned off"

Burning off is a term usually connected with television programming. It refers to shows or series that have been produced and paid for, but have not aired for various reasons and will not be continued in the future. "Burning off" this programming allows networks to fill air time (usually in the summer) while still getting some sort of return on their investment.

"Sons of Tucson" (which was decent and Fox cut after 4 episodes) will be "burned off" in June.

Hope ABC does the same for the 3 "missing" episodes of "Romantically Challenged".

The Forgotten had an unaired pilot with an entirely different cast.
No Slater.

Strange doings in Hollywood.
