could go on for long time but dont see point ... Lienart seemed a little dinged in mid-season and now with the calvary back USC should win 38-24, maybe worse ... I got them +190 to win NC, and took them -6.5 for a lil more also ...


carroll should be able to beat brown in checkers and with the best player in nation, reggie, and more weapons, I dont see TX winning this game

congrats to TX, Young proved tonight who shoulda got the Heisman, might as well wait until post season ... PC IMHO coached the worst game Ive ever seen him coach, making 2 huge blunders, #1 trying to sneak with Lienart in 1q on 4th and foot, was crusher--guy has zero explosion .... not calling Time-out on Young's knee was idiotic by his staff ....

MY other thoughts are: usc just couldnt get a bounce on last two drives from potential TOs, etc ... that asian kid coulda had easy pick but chose to bat ball down like scared child; and review of fumble catch was 50/50 ... bush's lateral was lamebrain, and Lienart's INT i can live cuz kid made great play ..

Young was too much for usc's D and PC's gameplan, they had no answer all night ... In the end it was VY's night and USC choked much of game to on RZ blunders while being unable to stop the run ... fvcking cost me app. $500 swing, but it was a classic game ... when usc didnt have a 17-0 lead or so early I figured it would haunt them in end--it always does

Once again, to brag one way on a game like this where any number of bobbles, reviews, TOs coulda gone either way is childish ... both teams played ass off and when TX was down 12 with 6 mins, not too many TX fans KNEW they'd win ...

then on the 4th down you talk about where Leinhart failed........Carroll emptys the backfield????????? another stupid ploy..........line up at least 1 back and then they have to defend the outside or inside somewhat......I said to myself ........this has got to be a QB sneak.......I sure didnt see ML throwing on 4th and a foot.....

and why did USC use that time out to stop the 2-pter, at worst they have tie on FG, that was inexcusable, personally think PC went into shock ... ur right Mav on that empty backfield I was screaming call TO b/c I knew it was sneak then and Lienart would fail, hes soft and im still very leery he will be decent pro.. ur also right with reggie out on play of game and i said same thing WHY??? the 2nd and 7 call on usc's last possession b4 failed 4th down, Lienart passsed like girl

And look at who that pass was to.........Brandon Hancock.........a decent reciever or back with some hands would have made an adjustment on that play and caught the pass........but why call a screen to a guy that really never even carries the ball let alone catch it.......

obvious now that USC losing all those coaches were not replaced in big time game scenario ... another thing i kept forgetting to post was, whose idea was it to kick to 30 yl last couple times when K was booting deep in end zone? that was pure genius :shrug: ... still aggravated losing the game but USC choked as much as VY was a deity last night ... congrats again to Him
