You have all the proof right in front of your nose that the Bush Administration is the most corrupt admisnistration in the history of this country. All you have to do is open your eyes (while its still legal to do so).

by proof do you mean facts--please show your evidence your honor and as far as legal to do so--I am that worried about freedoms your ACLU and liberal judges are trying to shore up--and just added another in Oregon that has the population in uproar--will have to side with the moral majority vs the immoral minority your honor.

Will tell you where we differ Edward--on Rove issue it appears that things might be getting more serious than the initial issue which would have been almost impossible to prove---I believe good chance after him getting called the 4th time to testify it might be pergury/obstruction issue. If so that as with Bill is a 1st class felony under grand jury I believe. If he is convicted I do not feel "what" he lied about is any consquence to his guilt and if found quilty should spend jail time your ave Joe would and they should bring Bill back to serve equal time. Tit for Tat.

Karl Rove is the shadiest political strategist since Goebbels.

His dirty politcs have led to the dumbing of the American masses in the name of "Patriotism". Most can't see anything outside the narrow, self-serving box he has built.

The previous administation had many shortcomings. Comparison is apples to oranges as many Republicans have no answer to their current situation and seek only to focus on the prior.

As with much of our country, NO ONE IS TAKING ANY RESPONSIBILTY for the many problems we have.

Finger pointing, lying, misplaced judgements and anger.

Let the facts in each case dicate the innocence or guilt and stop calling each other names. We are all Americans...it is still the greatest country in the world despite all it's faults and, sometimes, idiotic leadership.

I thought the penalty for treason was death?

So did I but if that were the case the following would be long dead .

John Kerry ( aiding the enemy ) see Jane Fonda

Jane Fonda ( aiding the enemy admitted so and apologized personally to those who had to endure further torture due to her words ) Yet still didn't get a bullet to the head !

Bill Clinton (bad Bill ! letting China have that Missile Tech )

John Whatshisname Al Quada (sp?) Operative captured in Afgan .

this list can go on for weeks :)

I am curious, DTB...where did you get that list? Can you give me a link or attribute the list to a certain source? I think it might be interesting to comb through that a little bit, maybe check out the details and footnotes of it.

I realize that it is a common practice - especially by you and your administration - to deflect any attention or negativity to the present by dredging up the past and making comparisons. Two wrongs do not make a right, and I think this thread was talking about the possibilities with Rove. I know it's best to change the subject QUICKLY when you are under the microscope, but, this is getting a little ridiculous.

At any rate, I would like to examine some of the claims made in your Clinton list, if you can give me the link. Thanks. It's the little things in there like "the Clinton machine" and associates, and other generalities that interest me.

I would imagine that even in this early stage of Bush administration corruption, I can probably Google up some pretty good stuff if I open it up to broad, unspecific terms like those.

Additionally, I think it's important to take things at face value. Is it fair to compare, say, financial campaign issues and extra-marital affairs and covering those up to manufacturing evidence as a case to go to war which causes American lives to be lost, or for members of your immediate staff to give up the identity of an American CIA agent which puts their life and many other agents and family members at risk for their lives?

I don't think so. Maybe you do.
