Glover has also struggled as a spot starter for Chicago this season, as he appears to be better suited for the long relief role. Glover is 3-5 with a 5.61 ERA in 12 starts this year, compared to a 0.93 ERA in 16 relief appearances. In fact, Glover has never had consistent success as a starter, as he had a 5.21 ERA in 11 starts last year.
