UNDER 38.............. Rutgers won't be looking ahead or have a letdown. They will be ready for the matchup, but I also believe that Cinn won't be a pushover here.We know RU has'nt a high power offense,they will play ball control and move the chains. The bearcat defense can handle that.They've held there ground at home. I don't see Cinn. getting many points either.What I do see is both defenses playing at a high level, and a low scoring affair.Cinn probably won't make a bowl and should have extra incentive to beat the undefeated team and they can only do that by keeping the scoring low.
